We read the websites of 19 recruiting and staffing vendors on October 1, 2026 and recorded what each one publishes. 10 of them publish a starting price and 9 do not. This guide lays out what is public, what sits behind it, and what to ask the rest.

Which vendors do not publish a price?
These 9 do not publish a starting price: Aesthetic Recruitment (Home Recruitment Ltd), DermAesthetic Consulting, Diamond Accelerator, Health eCareers, International SPA Association (ISPA) Career Center, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Medical Edge Recruitment, PracticeMatch and Skytale Group.
Several publish pieces without a headline number:
- PracticeMatch sells standard and enhanced postings, run in 30-day increments, with no price in its page text.
- Health eCareers sells 30-day postings plus sponsored posts, email campaigns and social boosts, with no price.
- LinkedIn Talent Solutions says pricing varies with the roles, the location and the number of hires, and gives no figures.
- The ISPA Career Center lets members post unlimited openings and charges nonmembers a fee per posting; neither price is in its page text.
- Skytale Group says work is done as one-time fixed-fee projects or ongoing advisory, with no fees published.
- Diamond Accelerator says cost varies by service, and that you do not pay if a placed candidate does not perform, without publishing the conditions.
A private price is not a sign of a bad product, but get the quote in writing before you compare it with the table above.
What costs sit behind the headline price?
Setup and onboarding. 1 of the 19 states a setup fee policy: MedSpa Recruiting, which says there are no monthly fees, no per-listing charges and no expiration. For everyone else, ask before you sign.
Add-ons. Wizehire charges $99/month for each additional job and $349/month for each additional location. SalonEmployment charges $10 extra for a premium highlighted listing. Spa Staff.com adds VAT to UK purchases.
The fee the recruiter does not publish. JobSnob publishes job-post prices but not its Concierge Recruiting fee; its FAQ says payments made are credited toward the recruiting fee upon placement. OnCall publishes its campaign and toolkit prices but not its full-service recruiting fee. ScrubOps leaves fee calculations, payment timing and replacement terms to the client agreement.
Refunds and guarantees. AestheticHires refunds a single listing in full within 48 hours of purchase, non-refundable after that; subscriptions can be canceled anytime. MedSpa Recruiting publishes no refund terms, but reposts free and extends access if your first post gets no matched candidates in 30 days. Wizehire's terms say pre-payments or deposits are not refunded. Spa Staff.com returns a credit if a candidate you paid to pursue is not interested.
How long will you be locked in?
7 of the 19 state a minimum term, or state there is none:
- No contract. AestheticHires states there is no contract or minimum term; SalonJobs is free to use; MedSpa Recruiting is a one-time payment. Diamond Accelerator says it does not tie clients to long-term contracts.
- Month-to-month or annual. Wizehire's terms let month-to-month customers terminate at any time with written notice; annual customers must give notice at least 30 days before the term ends.
- 30-day increments. PracticeMatch postings run in 30-day increments.
- One-year membership. ISPA memberships run one year from payment and renew on an anniversary cycle; posting is a member benefit.
2 of the 19 state a month-to-month option: AestheticHires, whose subscription plans are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime, and Wizehire, which says billed monthly, pause anytime.
6 of the 19 publish how cancellation works; the other 13 do not. Ask who owns the account, its data and your job listings. One published term does touch your data: Wizehire's terms provide access to customer data on request within 30 days after termination.
Can you try before you buy?
1 of the 19 states a free trial: Spa Staff.com, which lets you post ads and search CVs without paying until you commit a credit for a candidate's contact details.
6 of the 19 offer a demo, audit or consult: DermAesthetic Consulting (a complimentary strategy session), Diamond Accelerator (a free 1-on-1 call), Health eCareers, PracticeMatch, ScrubOps (a 30-minute staffing consult) and Wizehire.
