MedSpaVendorGuide is published by Gabe Meierotto. He also owns:
- More Booked Consults, a marketing consultancy for aesthetic practices.
- AestheticHires, a job board for aesthetic practices.
This is not an independent review site, and it does not claim to be. What it offers instead is that every fact links to its source and every score follows a public rubric, so you can check the work yourself.
How those companies are treated
- Each carries the label "Owned by the publisher of this site" on its profile, in category lists, in comparisons and on the home page.
- Each goes through the same yes or no checks as every other vendor. The score is calculated by code from those checks.
- Each is sorted by the same rule as everyone else: score first, then name. There is no manual placement.
How the site makes money
A listing is free. A vendor can pay $99 a month for a Featured listing, which adds a labelled position above the ranked list in its category, a logo and a longer description in the vendor's own words. Featured listings are always labelled "Featured · paid placement".
Payment never changes a score, a fact, or a vendor's place in the ranked list. The site does not use affiliate links and does not sell leads.
Mistakes
Facts are read from vendors' websites on the date shown on each profile, and websites change. If something is wrong or out of date, tell us and it will be re-checked.
