MedSpaVendorGuide: the fact sheet

MedSpaVendorGuide (medspavendorguide.com) is a directory of the companies that sell to med spas, where every vendor fact links to the page on the vendor's own website it was read from and scores are computed from public yes or no checks. It is published by Gabe Meierotto, who also owns two of the listed companies, both labelled; a listing is free and a labelled Featured listing costs $99 a month without changing any score or rank.

MedSpaVendorGuide maintains this page. Every fact on it comes from the site's own pages, linked in the sources list, and it changes when those pages change.

What is MedSpaVendorGuide?

MedSpaVendorGuide is a directory of the companies that sell to med spas, written for the people who run them.

It covers software, marketing agencies, financing, insurance, training, suppliers and other services, sorted into categories.

It is not a directory of med spas for patients.

The live numbers above count the vendors, categories, sourced facts, comparisons and guides on the site today.

Where do the facts come from?

Every vendor fact comes from the vendor's own website, such as its pricing page, terms of service or about page.

The page is saved, and the exact words, the link and the date are recorded next to the fact.

When the vendor's site does not say something, the profile says "Not published".

Prices and terms are never estimated or filled in from memory.

How are vendors scored and ranked?

Each vendor goes through yes or no checks on what its website publishes, grouped into five sub-scores.

Pricing transparency is 25% of the score, and terms and commitment, med spa fit, and proof and track record are 20% each.

Support and onboarding is the remaining 15%.

Category lists are sorted by score, then by name, and nobody can pay to move.

The score measures how much a buyer can check before a sales call, not how good a product or agency is.

The full list of checks is on how we score.

How does the site make money?

A listing is free.

A vendor can pay $99 a month for a Featured listing: a labelled position above the ranked list in its category, a logo and a longer description in its own words.

Payment never changes a score, a fact or a place in the ranked list.

The site does not use affiliate links and does not sell leads.

Who runs it, and what does the owner also own?

MedSpaVendorGuide is published by Gabe Meierotto.

He also owns More Booked Consults and AestheticHires, which are listed here and owned by the publisher of this site.

Both carry that label wherever they appear, go through the same checks, and are sorted by the same rule.

This is not an independent review site, and it does not claim to be one.

What does MedSpaVendorGuide not do?

  • It does not review how good a product or agency is, because it has not used them.
  • It does not show star ratings of its own, testimonials or "verified" badges.
  • It does not mix third-party review ratings into the score.
  • It does not sell leads or use affiliate links.
  • It does not give advice, and a listing is not a recommendation to buy.

How are mistakes corrected?

Each profile shows the date the vendor's pages were last read.

A vendor or reader who spots an out-of-date fact can send the correct page to [email protected] or use the contact form.

Corrections are free and do not depend on a paid listing.

Questions and answers

What is MedSpaVendorGuide?

MedSpaVendorGuide (medspavendorguide.com) is a directory of the software, agencies, suppliers and service companies that sell to med spas. Each vendor profile lists the prices, contract terms and services the vendor publishes on its own website, with a link to the page each fact was read on, and says "Not published" where the site is silent.

How does MedSpaVendorGuide score vendors?

Each vendor goes through yes or no checks on what its own website publishes, grouped into pricing transparency, terms and commitment, med spa fit, proof and track record, and support and onboarding. The weighted result is a score out of 5. It measures how much a buyer can check before a sales call, not product quality or results.

Can a vendor pay for a higher score or ranking on MedSpaVendorGuide?

No. Lists are sorted by score and then by name, and payment never changes a score, a fact or a place in the ranked list. A vendor can pay $99 a month for a Featured listing, which sits in its own position above the ranked list and is always labelled as a paid placement.

Who runs MedSpaVendorGuide?

Gabe Meierotto publishes MedSpaVendorGuide. He also owns More Booked Consults, a marketing consultancy for aesthetic practices, and AestheticHires, a job board for aesthetic practices. Both are listed in the directory with the label "Owned by the publisher of this site" and are scored and sorted by the same rule as every other vendor.

Is MedSpaVendorGuide independent?

No, and it does not claim to be. The publisher owns two of the listed companies, and the site says so on every page where they appear. What it offers instead is that every fact links to its source and every score follows a public rubric, so a reader can check the work.

How does a vendor correct its MedSpaVendorGuide profile?

The vendor sends the link to the page on its own website that shows the correct fact, by email to [email protected] or through the contact form. The pages are read again and the profile is updated. Corrections are free and do not depend on a paid listing.
