16 of the 24 SEO and digital PR firms in our Digital PR & SEO category do not put a price on their website. We read all 24 sites on October 1, 2026 and recorded what each one publishes about price, fees and terms. This guide collects the prices that are public, the costs that sit behind the monthly number, and what to ask the firms that publish neither.

How do these firms charge?
Each of the 8 publishes a monthly starting price. What sets the size of the bill differs:
- Named plans. RUNNER Agency lists three local SEO plans at $1,295, $2,495 and $3,495/mo. Wowbix lists two retainer tiers at $1,200 and $2,000/mo. Subscribe PR lists three tiers at $1,950, $2,950 and $3,950/mo, with press placements sold separately.
- One flat plan. Skinspire sells a single plan at $1,450/mo that includes an exclusive territory of up to 20 miles.
- A retainer that scales. Intrepy Healthcare Marketing sells monthly retainers. Its site says starter level SEO for solo physicians starts at $750 per month, and that its average monthly retainers typically range from $3,000 to $5,000+.
- By service. On The Map Marketing prices each service separately: SEO at $1,500 to $15,000+, website design at $5,000 to $15,000+, PPC at $1,000 or 10% of the budget, whichever is greater, and content writing at $150 per 500 words.
- By budget. Sagapixel spends a monthly budget on agency hours for SEO and social media, and charges 10% to 22% of ad spend for ad management.
- A package with a starting range. Pasha Digital Solutions sells monthly SEO packages. Its site says they typically start in the $1,800 to $3,500 range and go up from there based on the amount of work needed.
- PR plans. Society22 PR lists tiers at $4,500, $7,500 and $12,500/mo, with a fourth tier priced on request.
Among the 16 that publish no price, some still describe the shape. Illumination PR and Outpace SEO say quotes only. MyAdvice bills monthly by plan and does not publish the plan prices. Otter PR sells a subscription on a recurring billing cycle. TechStep Solutions lists three named packages with no prices on them.
What do published starting prices look like?
| Firm | Published starting price | What it covers | Minimum term as stated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Intrepy Healthcare Marketing | $750/mo | Starter level medical SEO for solo physicians | Not published |
| Wowbix | $1,200/mo | Tier 1: Google Business Profile work, 2-3 SEO content pieces a month, citations, reporting | No contract |
| RUNNER Agency | $1,295/mo | Essentials local SEO plan: audit, keyword research, Google Business Profile optimization, listings, reviews | Not published |
| Skinspire | $1,450/mo | One flat plan: audit, technical remediation, Google Business Profile buildout, schema, keyword research | 90-day onboarding, then month to month |
| On The Map Marketing | $1,500/mo (SEO) | SEO only; other services are priced separately | Not published |
| Pasha Digital Solutions | $1,800/mo | Monthly SEO package | Not published |
| Subscribe PR | $1,950/mo | Essential tier: website optimization, 30 targeted blogs a month, backlink building, Google Business Profile | Stated two ways: three months minimum, or month to month |
| Society22 PR | $4,500/mo | Core PR plan: pitching and story creation, media opportunities, digital publication outreach | Not published |
These are starting prices, not quotes for your practice. Intrepy's $750 is a starter level for solo physicians, and the same site says its average monthly retainers typically range from $3,000 to $5,000+. On The Map's $1,500 is the bottom of a range that reaches $15,000+. A low starting price can be a narrow scope, and a high one can include work you would otherwise buy twice, so compare the total for the services you actually want.
What costs sit behind the monthly price?
Three things that can sit outside a headline number:
- Setup and onboarding. 3 of the 24 state a policy. RUNNER Agency says its plans carry no setup fee. Skinspire lists a $999 one-time start-up fee on top of $1,450/mo. Wowbix lists $500 to $1,000 one time and says it is sometimes folded into the first month. The rest do not state a policy, so ask.
- Ad spend. Where an ads fee is published, it sits on top of the media budget itself: On The Map's PPC fee is $1,000 or 10% of the budget, whichever is greater, and Sagapixel charges 10% to 22% of ad spend for management and says creative and landing pages cost extra.
- Add-ons. Subscribe PR prices press placements separately: +$995/mo for 1 to 2 placements a month, or +$3,995/mo with fully ghostwritten editorial development. MyAdvice's terms add a 3% service fee on credit card payments and a $50 handling fee on checks.
If a quote arrives with one number on it, ask what sits outside that number.
How long is the commitment?
8 of the 24 state a minimum term. 6 of the 8 say there is no long-term contract or no contract: Brandlift Med, DAGMAR Marketing, First Page Sage, Sagapixel, Surgeon's Advisor and Wowbix. Skinspire asks for a 90-day onboarding period, then goes month to month.
4 of the 24 state month-to-month terms: DAGMAR Marketing, First Page Sage, Sagapixel and Wowbix. Subscribe PR states its term two ways: three months minimum in its home page FAQ, month to month on its services page. When a site says both, ask which one applies to your agreement.
5 of the 24 publish how cancellation works. Wowbix says you can leave at any time. Subscribe PR takes 30 days written notice, and TechStep Solutions lets either side end the agreement on 30 days notice. The other two set rules about renewal and cancellation. MyAdvice's agreement auto-renews and needs written notice at least 45 days before renewal, and its terms say early termination still owes the rest of the term. Otter PR takes cancellations through an online form and says long-term payment schedules cannot be cancelled early and the full agreement amount stays owed.
Who owns the work when you leave?
SEO builds on assets: the domain, the site, the pages and the content. 7 of the 24 state who owns what when the engagement ends.
Wowbix says the practice owns its website and content. Pasha Digital Solutions says the client keeps ownership of its domain, content, photography and analytics. Surgeon's Advisor says the client owns everything the agency does on its behalf. Studio 3 Marketing runs paid ads from the client's own account, so the client keeps control and ownership of them.
Others attach conditions. Otter PR gives the client full ownership of materials once they are paid in full and the account is closed in good standing. TechStep Solutions gives the client final deliverables once paid in full and keeps the underlying code and proprietary technology. MyAdvice says clients own text and visual content created for them, and that packaging it up on exit is billed hourly.
Which firms do not publish a price?
These 16 do not publish a price: Brandlift Med, DAGMAR Marketing, Digital Limelight Media, Ekwa Marketing, First Page Sage, HigherVisibility, Illumination PR, KMR Communications, LSEO, MyAdvice, Otter PR, Outpace SEO, Sagapixel, Studio 3 Marketing, Surgeon's Advisor and TechStep Solutions.
Get any quote in writing before you compare it with the table above. 19 of the 24 offer a free demo or audit, so you can ask for a scoped number before committing to anything. None of the 24 states a free trial.
One more question to add to your list: if a firm will manage your contact forms, review replies or call tracking, ask how it keeps patient details out of its systems.
What should you ask a firm that does not publish a price?
- What is the total monthly cost for a practice my size, and what is outside that number?
- Is there a setup, onboarding or audit fee?
- Is ad spend on top of your fee, and how is your ads fee calculated?
- How long is the minimum term, how does it renew, and how do I cancel?
- Who owns the site, the content and the accounts you build, and what does it cost to hand them over if I leave?
- Can you show me a result for a med spa client, with the practice named?
You can check some of that without asking. 14 of the 24 publish a case study result on their site, though not all of them name the client.
