Key points

  • Only 1 of the 21 injectable and product suppliers we checked publishes a price: Evolus, at $380 per vial on its Signature Subscription.
  • The other 20 do not publish a starting price. Five of them do publish a pricing model, from quote-only at Prollenium to account-holder price lists at Revision Skincare and (plated) Skin Science.
  • The published starting costs are minimum orders and payment up front, such as AnteAGE's $500 minimum on later orders.
  • 16 of the 21 publish return or cancellation terms. 7 of them write theirs for consumer orders, and 6 say outright that practice account terms are not published.
  • Evolus states the category's only minimum term: 3 months on its subscription, then monthly renewal, with 10 business days' notice to change or cancel.

20 of the 21 injectable and product suppliers we checked do not publish a price. The category covers neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling and PRP systems, and professional skincare sold to practices, and the pricing models it does publish run through prepaid orders, quotes, account price lists and loyalty tiers rather than open price lists. We read the websites of all 21 suppliers in the category on October 1, 2026 and recorded what each one publishes about price, minimums, payment and returns.

How do injectable and product suppliers charge?

The published pricing models fall into three groups.

Per order, paid up front. AnteAGE says orders are paid in full when ordering, that a minimum opening order applies, and that each order after that has a $500 minimum. Tiger Aesthetics Medical takes payment at the time of order for fillers, threads and PRP, by check, ACH, wire or credit card.

A price list once you have an account. Revision Skincare provides a wholesale price list to account holders and states that its prices exclude taxes and shipping. (plated) Skin Science says a price list is provided to the buyer, excluding shipping, taxes and delivery charges.

A quote, not a price list. Prollenium (Revanesse) describes its model as quote only.

Volume tiers, rebates and subscriptions. Evolus publishes per-vial pricing with volume tiers and rebates, plus an optional monthly vial subscription at locked-in pricing. It is the only supplier in the category that publishes a starting price.

The injectable makers also run practice and patient loyalty programs: Allergan Partner Privileges and the Allē patient program at Allergan Aesthetics, Revanesse Rewards at Prollenium, and the Evolux program at Evolus. Evolus is the only one of these that publishes what its tiers require and where the per-vial price starts. Galderma, Merz Aesthetics and Hugel Aesthetics publish neither a price nor a pricing model.

Which suppliers publish a price?

One of the 21.

VendorPublished starting priceWhat it coversMinimum term as stated
Evolus$380 per vial (Signature Subscription)Locked-in per-vial pricing on a monthly vial subscription, in tiers of 10, 20 or 50 vials a month3 months, then monthly renewal

That $380 is a floor for subscription members, not a list price. Evolus does not publish standard list prices for regular orders. It does publish the contract around the subscription: 3 months to start, monthly renewal after that, and the option to modify, pause or cancel with at least 10 business days' notice before the next shipment.

The other 20 publish no starting price: (plated) Skin Science, ALASTIN Skincare, Allergan Aesthetics, AnteAGE, BENEV, Colorescience, Crown Aesthetics, Galderma, Hugel Aesthetics, Hydrinity, HydroPeptide, iS Clinical, Marini SkinSolutions (Jan Marini), Merz Aesthetics, Prollenium (Revanesse), Revision Skincare, Senté, Tiger Aesthetics Medical, Vitality Institute (VI Peel) and ZO Skin Health.

That is normal for this category, not a sign of a bad product. Get the quote in writing before you compare it with anything else.

What does it cost to get started?

We do not record setup fees for suppliers, so ask about them. What the sites do publish is what you commit to before products arrive:

  • Minimum orders. AnteAGE requires a minimum opening order and a $500 minimum on each order after it.
  • Payment up front. AnteAGE is paid in full when ordering. Tiger Aesthetics takes payment at the time of order for fillers, threads and PRP.
  • Shipping and tax. (plated) Skin Science and Revision Skincare both state that their price lists exclude shipping and taxes. AnteAGE charges $10 standard ground shipping on US orders under $1000, free at $1000 or more. Colorescience gives free ground shipping on partner orders of $1,500 or more. Tiger Aesthetics offers free ground shipping on domestic orders and charges for expedited shipping. HydroPeptide charges reshipping costs on refused shipments, on top of its 20% restocking fee.
  • Late payment. Tiger Aesthetics says late payments may bear interest at 1.5% per month.
  • An approved account first. Allergan Aesthetics asks you to apply by phone or online, then order through Allergan Direct. AnteAGE's provider form asks for license and medical director details. Colorescience says its form takes 5 to 10 minutes and a representative replies within 24 to 48 business hours. Vitality Institute (VI Peel) requires a licensed medical director, an MD, DO, PA, RN or NP, on the application. Evolus enrollment starts with a form or your Evolus representative. Hydrinity and Senté both start with a partner form.

Free trials do not appear in the data: none of the 21 publishes one, and Colorescience is the only supplier that states any demo or audit.

What happens if you need to return product?

16 of the 21 publish something about returns or cancellation. Read whose terms they are before you rely on them.

Terms that cover practice purchases. Merz Aesthetics requires prior written authorization, credits eligible products at 90% of current wholesale acquisition cost, and charges return shipping to the customer unless the error was Merz's. AnteAGE takes back unopened, unused retail products within 30 days for a refund or account credit, with a 20% restocking fee, and does not accept expired product. Revision Skincare does not allow canceled orders and takes unopened merchandise back within 90 days of delivery with advance authorization, with a possible restocking fee. (plated) Skin Science does not allow accepted orders to be canceled and grants return requests within 30 days of receipt at its discretion. Tiger Aesthetics Medical treats standard sales orders as final and non-returnable, replaces defective unopened product reported in time, and accepts unused breast products back within 35 days of the surgery date on surgery-date orders. HydroPeptide sets a 20% restocking fee plus reshipping costs on refused shipments in its reseller terms. BENEV says returns follow the policy posted at the time of purchase and may not be allowed for all product categories. Marini SkinSolutions (Jan Marini) routes returns of products bought through an authorized provider back through that provider within 30 days. Evolus lets subscribers modify, pause or cancel a subscription with at least 10 business days' notice.

Terms written for consumers, with practice accounts unstated. ALASTIN Skincare, Colorescience, Hydrinity, iS Clinical, Senté and ZO Skin Health each publish return terms for orders from their own websites and state that partner or professional account terms are not published. Vitality Institute (VI Peel) goes further: returns from practitioner offices are not accepted through its website.

Nothing published. Allergan Aesthetics, Crown Aesthetics, Galderma, Hugel Aesthetics and Prollenium (Revanesse) publish no return or cancellation terms.

Before your first order, ask what happens to unopened product, to expired product, and to a shipment you refuse.

What should you ask a supplier that does not publish a price?

  1. What is the per-unit price for the products I would actually order in my first quarter?
  2. Is there a minimum opening order, and a minimum on reorders?
  3. Do my prices include shipping and tax?
  4. What are the payment terms: prepayment, card on file, or net terms?
  5. What do your loyalty or rebate tiers require, and what does each tier do to my price?
  6. Can I return unopened product, expired product, or a refused shipment, and at what cost?
  7. If I join a subscription, what is the minimum term, the cancellation notice, and the price after any introductory period?
  8. Which prices are set by the company and which are set by my rep?

Questions and answers

How much does a med spa pay for neurotoxins and filler?

20 of the 21 suppliers we checked do not publish a price. The only one that does, Evolus, publishes $380 per vial on its Signature Subscription, in tiers of 10, 20 or 50 vials a month.

Which injectable suppliers publish their prices?

Evolus is the only one of the 21. The rest, including Allergan Aesthetics, Galderma, Hugel Aesthetics, Merz Aesthetics and Prollenium, do not publish a starting price. A few publish a pricing model without a number, such as Prollenium's quote-only model or Revision Skincare's wholesale price list for approved accounts.

Do injectable and product suppliers charge a setup fee?

Setup fees are not part of what we record for suppliers, so ask each one. The published starting costs are commitments: AnteAGE requires a minimum opening order and a $500 minimum on every order after it, and Tiger Aesthetics takes payment at the time of order for fillers, threads and PRP.

Can a med spa return product it cannot sell?

It depends on the supplier, and on whether the published policy covers practices or only consumers. Merz Aesthetics credits eligible returns at 90% of current wholesale acquisition cost after written authorization. AnteAGE accepts unopened, unused retail products within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee. Tiger Aesthetics' standard sales orders are final and non-returnable.

Do any injectable suppliers use subscriptions or contracts?

Evolus is the only supplier in this category that publishes a minimum term. Its Signature Subscription runs for 3 months, renews monthly after that, and can be modified, paused or canceled with at least 10 business days' notice before the next scheduled shipment. No other supplier publishes a minimum term.
