Evolus vs ALASTIN Skincare

ALASTIN Skincare sells skincare in two lines, procedure enhancement and daily restorative, and partners with select healthcare professionals. Pricing

Evolus prices per vial, with volume tiers and rebates plus an optional monthly vial subscription at locked-in pricing. Contract and cancellation

Evolus's Signature Subscription starts with a 3 month initial term, then renews monthly. Evolus says subscriptions can be modified, paused or canceled with at least 10 business days' notice before the next scheduled shipment.

ALASTIN's site does not state a minimum term or cancellation terms for partner accounts. The return policy it publishes covers consumer purchases: returns for credit within 30 days of receipt, a 25% processing and restocking fee where applicable, and no returns after 30 days. Ask which of those rules apply to a professional order.

Built for med spas

Evolus sells to the cash-pay aesthetics market. Its Evolux loyalty program has Member, Diamond, Elite and Elite+ tiers, semiannual rebates and co-branded paid media, alongside the Evolus Rewards and Club Evolus patient programs and the MyEvolus practice portal. Its site does not name client practices or publish a case study result.

ALASTIN lists pre- and post-procedure skincare, an ALASTIN at Home microsite patients can shop from home, marketing materials, and training, seminars and roundtables. Its About page names chief scientific officer Alan Widgerow and R&D director John Garruto. It does not name client practices either.

Which one to look at first

Look at Evolus first if you want published subscription pricing and a stated notice period for pausing or canceling orders. Its site does not state standard list prices outside the subscription, so ask what a vial costs at each Evolux tier before you commit.

Look at ALASTIN Skincare first if you want a skincare line to use around procedures, with a patient microsite and staff training. Ask for professional prices and partner terms in writing, since the return policy it publishes describes consumer purchases.

On support, Evolus lists phone, online chat and a sales representative, and does not state support hours.
